Marian Catechist Apostolate – 2025 Annual Appeal
For the Salvation of Souls — Carrying Forward Fr. Hardon’s Legacy of Faith and Catechesis
For 25 years, through your prayers and generosity, the Marian Catechist Apostolate has formed faithful disciples and catechists around the world — continuing the vision of our founder, Servant of God Fr. John A. Hardon, S.J., under the direction of His Eminence Raymond Leo Cardinal Burke.
A Legacy of Faith and Formation
This year, we commemorate the 25th anniversary of Fr. Hardon’s passing. Fr. Hardon founded the Marian Catechist Apostolate to inspire men and women to know, love, and live the Catholic faith more deeply — and to share that faith with others. Through a unique combination of intellectual formation and spiritual growth, many have come to embrace their calling to evangelize and catechize in a world that so urgently needs the light of Christ.
Your gift today helps us remain a faithful guardian of his legacy, ensuring the Apostolate continues to form catechists who know, love, and live the Catholic faith more deeply.

“For the salvation of souls, together, let us carry forward Fr. Hardon’s legacy of faith and catechesis.” Under the guidance of Cardinal Raymond Leo Burke and through the intercession of Our Lady, Mother of Catechists, we continue the sacred mission entrusted to us by Fr. John A. Hardon, S.J.
“I was feeling a void in my life… I took the Basic Class, then the Advanced Class, and eventually became a Consecrated Marian Catechist. But I still wanted more—I was thirsty. This journey has led me to the Master’s. I truly believe God led me to the Marian Catechists so I can help awaken others to the love of Jesus Christ.”

Do Whatever He Tells You! John 2:5
The heart of the Marian Catechist Apostolate is to fulfill Christ’s directive to proclaim the Gospel to all nations, so that in knowing God, all might love Him; that in loving Him, all might serve Him; that in serving Him, all souls might be saved. The purpose of the Marian Catechist Apostolate is:
To cultivate love of the Holy Eucharist, devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary, and unswerving loyalty to the Holy Father and the Magisterium (the teaching authority) of the Catholic Church.
To prepare members to share the gift of Christ’s truth and love, as found in its fullness in the teachings and practice of the Catholic Church, through the Apostolate of Catechesis.
