The Apostolate does not organize an annual retreat for members.

Cardinal Burke recommends making a retreat through the Miles Christi Apostolate. The priests of Miles Christi are devoted to preaching retreats based on the Spiritual Exercises of Saint Ignatius of Loyola throughout the country.
